Why do you charge postage, handling and insurance?

All items featured in our catalogue have been priced to ensure the possible value for your money. However there are costs in involved the picking, packing and the posting your order to you. In addition these charges also include insurance to cover damaged or misplaced items during transit.
 
Postage, handling and insurance is calculated of the total value of the items ordered. Depending on your order value the cost will range from as little as $6.90 to no more than $9.90. Please refer to the postage, handling and insurance scale below:

I recently placed an order and have changed my mind about the items I have selected. How do I cancel my order?

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by contacting our Customer Service Department Monday to Friday between 9.30am to 5.30pm. A refund will then be promptly processed.

How can I place an order if I live overseas? Do you ship outside New Zealand?

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver internationally. Because our parcels are sent out and delivered by New Zealand Post our postage, handling and insurance are based on domestic charges. Shipping to an overseas destination will also mean that it will compromise our service delivery target of 21 days.
