What are your postage rates?
Postage and handling is calculated based on the total value of the items ordered. Depending on your order value, the cost will range from as little as $10.90 to no more than $13.90. Please refer to the postage and handling scale below:

• $11.90 for Orders between $45.01 - $70.00
• $13.90 for Orders over $70.01
How long does it take to get my order?
Every effort is made to despatch your order as quickly as possible but please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Your order will be packed with the utmost care to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition.

I recently placed an order and have changed my mind about the items I have selected. How do I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel online orders as they are sent straight to our warehouse system for efficient processing and delivery. When your order arrives, please follow the instructions on your return slip and send the item that you no longer require back to us, and we will arrange a refund. Please contact our friendly Customer Service Team if you need help with returning your item.
Do you have a shop or a showroom?
In order to offer you the best prices possible, Magnamail is an online business only. As such, we do not have a brick and mortar store you can visit. How can I place an order if I live overseas? Do you ship outside Australia?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver internationally. Shipping to an overseas destination will also mean that it will compromise our service delivery target of 21 days.

How do the coupons and media codes work? Can I use more than one at once?
