Returns
Products returned must be in original condition and packaging. You will receive a credit or refund for the full purchase price (excluding delivery and insurance).
A free gift of a similar value may be substituted if stock of the current free gift is exhausted.
Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. All products are supplied for domestic use only and not for any commercial use.
Our Price Challenge
If you purchase any product from Magnamail and then find the identical item advertised elsewhere at a lower price, we will at our option refund you the difference or take the goods back and refund you in full. Offer valid for 14 days from date of purchase.
Warranty
Supplier's Warranty: All products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a full one year from date of purchase except personalised items which have a 30 day Supplier's Warranty. These warranties are in addition to those implied by law.
Delivery
Postage and handling is calculated based on the total value of the items ordered. Depending on your order value, the cost will range from as little as $10.90 to no more than $13.90. Please refer to the postage and handling scale below:

We strive to deliver every order as soon as possible. On average we will dispatch in stock orders within 2 business days of the order being placed. We dispatch weekdays and delivery times will vary depending on your distance from our dispatch point in Sydney. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery of your product(s).

Personalisation is free on selected items. Each product has a maximum amount of characters; please check each product. Personalisation will be applied to the quantity selected. To order multiple items with different personalisations, please add them to your cart one at a time.

Please allow six weeks for despatch from order date of products that can be personalised (whether they are personalised or not) due to the complex systems involved.
