Products returned must be in original condition and packaging. You will receive a credit or refund for the full purchase price (excluding delivery and insurance).

Our Price Challenge
If you purchase any product from Magnamail and then find the identical item advertised elsewhere at a lower price, we will at our option refund you the difference or take the goods back and refund you in full. Offer valid for 14 days from date of purchase.
Supplier's Warranty: All products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a full one year from date of purchase except personalised items which have a 30 day Supplier's Warranty. These warranties are in addition to those implied by law.
Postage and handling is calculated based on the total value of the items ordered. Depending on your order value, the cost will range from as little as $10.90 to no more than $13.90. Please refer to the postage and handling scale below:
